  • (Less than 100 kits and regular LED models) Your order will be shipped the second day after payment received (Mon~Fri). (More than 100kits and rare LED models) Your order will be shipped the second day after payment received (Mon~Fri).
  • Tracking # or delivery confirmation will be provided to you upon shipment.
  • Duty and tax are responsible by the buyer, we are not responsible for paying the tax and duty for your county. In order to avoid or lower the duty and tax, we will lower the shipment value. Thank you for your understanding.

Q: Are there anything wrong with the products?
A: No, we don’t sell defective products, and neither anything wrong with the products

Q: What carriers and how long I need to wait to receive the products?
A: We ship internationally, and we usually ship UPS DHL Express(3-7 days) or Air plan .You can also tell us what’s ship way you like, just like TNT Fedex, EMS etc.

Q: Can you tell me if you received my payment?
A: Yes, we will send you an email after we received your payment, and we will also send you another email when the product has been shipped. Please don’t worry about it!

Q: Will you notify me when my package is sent?
